Sparmax SilverBullet Airbrush Moisture Trap

Sparmax SilverBullet Airbrush In-Line Moisture Trap and Air Filter

The filter has a 1/8 BSP female outlet (9mm diameter), which fits straight onto all airbrushes with an 1/8 BSP male inlet.

Availability: In stock

Product Description

A Sparmax original design, the lightweight and non-invasive SilverBullet attaches to the airbrush and acts as the last, and most effective, line of defense against moisture mixing with the air.

Has double the filtering effect of other airbrush-attached moisture traps, delivering dryer, cleaner air.

The collected moisture can be easily drained by pressing the spring-loaded release valve.

Also acts as an ergonomic grip when attached below the airbrush.

The filter has a 1/8 BSP female outlet (9mm diameter), which fits straight onto all airbrushes with an 1/8 BSP male inlet.

Product's Review
    1. Nice Feel Review by Kevin

Not certain why Sparmax chose the name SilverBullet, to me the Moisture trap is more reminiscent of the sort of space ship Flash Gordon roamed around in. Regardless of the Moniker, this trap fits nicely in the hand giving the airbrush much more feel and control.
Come to think of it when this is combined with a Sparmax bleed valve the airbrush tends to take on a slight resemblance to a SteamPunk Raygun (flash Gordon again), and we all know ray guns don't fire bullets or shoot drops of water for that matter, which my Badger certainly doesn't do now it has one of these. 2. Airbrush Spitting Paint/Moisture? No Longer... Review by Tim

Had problems with my tank-less compressor overheating and producing excessive moisture in the air-line. Read on online about pistol grip moisture filters curing the problem so i took the plunge and brought this product.
The Sparmax Silver Bullet is extremely well made and has cured my problems. No more spitting paint/moisture ruining my artwork and endless hair pulling out.... (Posted on 04/06/2015)
