Auto-Air Sealer White Ref: SM-AA-4001

A low-build sealer used as the initial application of Auto Air Colors. Has excellent coverage and adhesion to primers & prepared surfaces.

Works best with a 0.5mm airbrush operated at 45+ PSI or a 1.2mm tip-sized spray gun operated at 40 PSI.

Excellent adhesion direct to urethane, epoxy and lacquer primers.
Excellent adhesion to existing finishes, prepare by scuffing with 600 grit.
Excellent adhesion to prepared substrates; aluminum, fiber-glass, glass, wood, vinyl and ceramics.

Auto-Air Sealer Dark Ref: SM-AA-4002

Dark grey sealer with same properties as 4001 Sealer White.

Use as initial coat for dark colors and for 4400 Series and 4500 Series Hot Rod Sparkle and Cosmic Sparkle Colors.

Sealer dark is not a black. Use 4220 Deep Black for black bases.

Silvers - mix Sealer Dark and White to create a lighter grey sealer base for 4100 Series Aluminum bases and 4300 Series silvers.

Intended for application with a spray gun or large tip-sized airbrush.

Auto-Air Transparent Base Ref: SM-AA-4004

Use as inter-coat with minimal build. Although not necessary, Transparent Base can be used as a protective inter-coat. Apply in very light amounts when doing so and allow for extended drying time. Inter-coat of Transparent Base over coarse 4400 Series Gem and 4500 Series Hot Rod Sparkle Colors assists top-coat clear in bridging over colors’ pearl-flakes. A little goes a long way when using Transparent Base as an inter-coat clear. Apply it as a drop coat. Do not “paint” it on with any significant build-up of material.

Add to colors in any amount to increase transparency.

Auto-Air Restorer Ref: SM-AA-4008

Use as a soak bath for airbrush and spray gun parts after use. Restorer dissolves and loosens Auto Air Colours after they have cured and dried to gun parts.
Re-Usable. Paint and contaminant's fall to the bottom of Restorer bath allowing for multiple uses.

Reduce colours approximately 10% per volume for use with spray guns and 25% or more per volume for use with airbrushres. For use with small tip sizes of 0.3mm and less, some colours may be reduced in excess of 100% per volume.
