Description
Ultrasonic cleaners provide fast, efficient, and consistent cleaning at the touch of a button. Using high-frequency sound waves, they remove dirt and contamination from even the most intricate components — without scrubbing or abrasion.
How Ultrasonic Cleaning Works
Ultrasonic cleaning uses high-frequency sound waves (42kHz) to generate microscopic bubbles within the cleaning liquid — a process known as cavitation. These bubbles rapidly expand and collapse, creating gentle yet powerful pressure waves.
When the bubbles burst, they safely lift and remove dirt, paint residue, grease, and debris from surfaces — including areas that are difficult or impossible to reach by hand.
Cleaning performance is further enhanced by using a suitable water-based cleaning solution, as it helps dissolve and penetrate stubborn contamination. This makes ultrasonic cleaning ideal for delicate or complex-shaped items.
