Christmas Orders – Extended Returns Policy
Mistakes happen when buying Christmas gifts, and sometimes the item ordered isn’t quite right — but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Our returns policy is extended for the Christmas period, allowing you to return gifts up until 31st January 2026.
All returns must be sent back in new and unused condition.
Please note that goods are returned at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service for peace of mind. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a cover note explaining the reason for the return to help us process your refund quickly.
