How the Service Works
1. Contact Us First (Recommended)
Before sending your airbrush, contact us to confirm your model can be serviced. Often, we can troubleshoot technical issues remotely, advise on replacement parts, or guide you through simple solutions – saving you time, cost, and the inconvenience of being without your airbrush.
Once confirmed, securely pack your airbrush in a sturdy box or padded envelope with plenty of cushioning. Original packaging is ideal if available.

3. Inspection & Servicing
Our technicians will perform a full strip-down, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly with professional precision. If replacement parts are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Every airbrush is tested for optimal performance before it leaves our workshop.
4. Purchase the Service
The standard airbrush service fee is £39.99 inc. VAT.
Any additional parts required will need to be added to your order/Basket. These would have been approved as per step 3. Ensuring there are no unexpected charges.

5. Return Delivery
Your airbrush will be returned via Royal Mail Tracked Service, giving you safe, secure, and fully trackable delivery. Choose Tracked 48, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery at checkout to suit your needs.
