Description

Createx UVLS Clears are durable, water-based, architectural-grade clear coats suitable for both interior and exterior use. Made with an acrylic-aliphatic polyurethane resin, they offer excellent adhesion and won’t yellow over time.

UVLS stands for Ultra-Violet Light Stabilizer, meaning these clears protect underlying colors from UV damage, which is especially useful when top-coating dyes like Candy2o.

These clears are available in three finishes:

4050 Gloss: The highest gloss-level clear, with the best adhesion. It is the recommended UVLS Clear for use as a primer.
4051 Satin & 4052 Matte: These finishes maintain a consistent sheen that won’t “gloss up” even with excess application.

Key Functions:

Top Coat: A protective clear coat for signs, costumes, models, and more.
Primer: Adheres to most surfaces, except for silicone.
Auto-Air Candy2o Carrier: Can be used as a carrier for Auto-Air Candy2o.

Application:

Mixing & Thinning: Thin UVLS Clears with 4011 Reducer at 5-10% by volume.
Application Method: Can be applied with a spray gun, airbrush, or traditional brush.
Coats: Apply 3 medium coats for pinhole-free coverage.
