How the Service Works

1. Contact Us First (Recommended)

• Before sending your airbrush in, we strongly recommend getting in touch with us to confirm that your model can be serviced. In many cases, we can also help diagnose technical issues over the phone or by email and advise on solutions or replacement parts you may need.
• This can often save you the time, inconvenience, and cost of being without your airbrush if the issue can be resolved without sending it in.

2. Purchase the Service

• The Airbrush Service fee is £39.99 inc. VAT.
• Any additional parts required during servicing will only be added to your order once they have been approved by you in advance.

3. Send Your Airbrush

• Once confirmed, securely pack your airbrush using a strong box or padded envelope with plenty of cushioning. If you still have the original packaging, that’s ideal.
• Please include a note inside with:

A brief description of the issue or symptoms

4. Inspection & Servicing

• Our technicians will carry out a full clean, service, and test. If any replacement parts are required, we will contact you by phone or email for approval before proceeding.

5. Return Delivery

• Your airbrush will be returned via Royal Mail Tracked Service, ensuring safe, secure, and fully trackable delivery. You can choose Tracked 48, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery at checkout.
