Russian Splash Mud from the Vallejo Weathering FX range reproduces the distinctive “Black Earth” soil, especially dark and fertile, found in Eastern Europe, Ukraine, and southern Russia. Its dense tone is perfect for adding authentic splash effects to vehicles, dioramas, and terrain in historical or military settings.

Formulated with permanent pigments and water-based acrylic resins, Russian Splash Mud dries to a realistic, textured finish. It can be applied directly, flicked, or dabbed to simulate splashes and layered with other Weathering FX products for greater variation. Tools clean easily with water and soap.
